This big and bright 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Ronda de Segovia in Imperial. The 120 m² apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, and 1 shared bathroom, plus and en-suite bathroom in bedroom 3. The living room is very spacious, and has a balcony overlooking the street, with space for a small table and a couple of chairs.
Located to the south of the Palacio district, and within a short walk of the hustle and bustle of Embajadores, here you get to live the best of both worlds. It's a quieter area (although Ronda de Segovia is a busy main road), but well connected. The Metro is just a few minutes away, and within a 10-minute walk you can be surrounded by the trendy, youthful bars and plentiful tapas around La Latina station.
What we liked the most
- The spacious living room is the centre of this apartment, with big, comfortable sofas, and a large dining table.
- The 3 bedrooms are all interior, so will be peaceful - but the interior patio is wide, so allows in plenty of light. The best of both worlds!
- If anybody in the house studies, it's ideal! The Puerta de Toledo Campus of Universidad Carlos III is just 5 minutes away.
- Fitness enthuisiast? Jog 10-minutes to Madrid Río, where you have kilometers of winding pathways in a large green park next to the river.
