This 70 m² duplex apartment is located in the central neighborhood of Chueca. The 2-bedroom apartment has a mezzanine floor with 1 bedroom and on the main floor you have the 2nd bedroom and the combined kitchen and living room. There is a small kitchen corner, but it comes equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
Calle de Hortaleza is a central location, located a few mintues' walk to the famous Chueca Plaza and Gran Vía Avenue. Parallel to your street you also have Calle de Funcarral which is an pedestrian-friendly outdoor shopping mall. This area is always lively and you have plenty of bars and tapas bars to choose from.
