This cosy and attractive apartment is available to rent on Calle San Higinio in Ciudad Lineal. The property has an open-plan living area and kitchen, fully equipped and furnished, with comfortable and modern furniture and fittings. The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed and a big built-in wardrobe. The pièce de résistance of the apartment is without a doubt the large terrace, which is a beautiful space to enjoy Madrid's summer.
You'll be living in an open, residential area of the city, but with good connections to the centre from the nearby Metro station. Although mostly residential, you won't struggle for day to day necessities, with 2 supermarkets nearby, along with pharmacies, small shops, banks, and more.
What we liked the most
- Your terrace is a blank canvas! Imagine the possibilities...
- Madrid's summer can be sweltering. The apartment has AC. Say no more.
- There is a Mercadona supermarket just a 4-minute walk from the apartment.
- This is a lovely, green area of the city, with numerous parks within walking distance.
