Located in La Latina, this 3-bedroom apartment provides a spacious and cozy home that can sleep up to 6 tenants. All 3 bedrooms come fully furnished with a double bed and storage space. The main common area is a large living room with small balconies overlooking the street below. The living room is furnished with a sofa, large dining table, and flat-screen TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom.
On Calle de la Ruda, the apartment is in the heart of the lively La Latina neighborhood. This is a popular neighborhood because of its central location and because it has something for everyone! Authentic tapas bars? Check. Street markets? Check. Hole-in-the-wall pubs. Absolutely! You have everything you need within walking distance, but also have 2 metro stops close by to get around town.
What we liked the most
- The windows are double glazed to help block out the street noise.
- All the bedrooms have a double bed and are a well-sized.
- The living room is big and has a flat-screen TV.
- The bathroom comes with plenty of shelving.
- You are right by the El Rastro flea market, held every Sunday
- There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by, but you can also head to Puerta del Sol in under 15 minutes.
Things to keep in mind
- Although not shown in the bedrooms, bed linen and towels are provided.
- All the bedrooms are interior and do not receive a lot of sunlight.
