This large and bright 54 m ², 2-bedroom apartment, which has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, is available to rent on Calle Fernandez de los Rios. The living area is considerable and has 2 couches as well as a dining table with room for 4 people, so you can easily host your friends and family. There is a double and a single bedroom and both have air conditioning.
Chamberí is home to many shops, restaurants and bars, some of which you will find right outside your door. There are also a number of small city parks close by and the metro is a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily reach the rest of Madrid.
What we liked the most
- The bright and spacious living room is perfect for inviting your friends and loved ones over for drinks and a meal.
- The bedrooms both have A/C, perfect for the hot Madrid summers.
- They also have plenty of storage space, thanks to the built-in wardrobes.
- There is some nice art work on the wall, giving the place character.
- Wi-Fi is optical fibre!
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady only accepts bookings from postgraduates student or professionals.
- Heating is not central but individual!
- The property has a newly installed washing machine and dryer.
