The apartment comes with brand new amenities and has a cozy atmosphere with stylish and well-chosen decor and furniture. The open layout kitchen and living room is the perfect size for entertaining with a bar table and 2 comfortable sofas.
On Calle Donoso Cortés, the apartment is in the Chamberí area of Moncloa. You have 2 metro stops within a 10-minute walk and are surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options. You have all you basic amenities, but are also in a great location if you are looking for a lively nightlife.
What we liked the most
- We love the industrial-style decor – especially the exposed brick.
- Everything in the kitchen is brand new and it comes with a dishwasher.
- Having guests will never be a problem with 2 sofa beds in the living room.
- The area is ideal for students, located right next to the Ciudad Universitaria, Hospital Clínico, and Fundación Jiménez Díaz.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no wardrobe in the bedroom, but you can find a built-in wardrobe in the corridor with a chest of drawers.
