The 73 m² apartment opens up onto a large terrace which provides the perfect place to enjoy those sunny days. All the rooms also come with windows keeping the apartment sunny and fresh. There is a fully equipped kitchen, well-decorated living room, and a stylish bathroom with plenty of storage space.
The apartment is located on the residential street, Calle de Cáceres, just 6 minutes from the Delicias metro stop. This area is very residential with all your basic amenities such as a 24-hour pharmacy and a Mercadona grocery store. You are a short ride away from the Madrid Río and Madrid's Matadero, a popular cultural center.
What we liked the most
- Having a terrace in the city is always a luxury, and this one is almost 30 m²!
- There are AC units in the living room and bedroom 2.
- You have plenty of places to sit and relax: the kitchen, living room, and terrace.
- There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
