This beautiful and well-planned 1-bedroom apartment, which is 50 m ² and has a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning, is available to rent on Calle San Hermenegildo. The bright living room is perfect for hosting guests as it has a couch, which turns into a bed, and a cosy dining table with space for 4 people to share a meal. The bedroom is found on a separate level, giving the apartment a very spacious feel, and features a comfortable double bed and a large window which lets in a lot of natural light.
Malasaña is Madrid's hippest area with trendy clubs, restaurants and bars on nearly every street as well as a variety of exciting shops. Living here you will also be in a very central part of the city and within walking distance of some of its most famous sites, such as the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor.

- This property is newly renovated, very modern and has plenty of natural light.
- There is a huge built-in wardrobe where you can store your belongings.
- With the bedroom on a second floor, the property feels very spacious.
