This bright and modern 1-bedroom apartment, which has an equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Calle de Luis Mitjans. There is a spacious common terrace on the top of the building where you can enjoy the sun and get to know your neighbours, and the apartment has a cosy living room where you can host small get togethers. The bedroom has a double bed, a standalone closet for storing clothes and there is some nice art work on the wall.
Living in Retiro you will have plenty of excellent shopping options nearby as well as being close to the Prado Museum (Spain's famous national art museum) and the massive Retiro park. The park is the main attraction of the area and is excellent for a evening jog or a weekend picnic. The property is within a short walk of 2 metro stations, so reaching the rest of Madrid is nice and easy, and there is a supermarket nearby.
What we liked the most
- The shared roof top terrace is massive and gets tons of sun. The perfect place to become friends with your neighbours.
- The apartment is modern and nicely decorated throughout.
- The area is popular and offers plenty to do and you are only a 20-minute walk from the stunning Retiro park.
- There are 2 metro stops close by, meaning you can easily reach any part of the city from here.
