This 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Calle de Silva, Malasaña. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe, single bed and desk, while the living room is spacious, and leads onto a small balcony. The kitchen is also well equipped with everything you need to start cooking.
Located only a 12 minute walk from the Royal Palace of Madrid, this apartment is the perfect base to explore the city. You will find plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding streets as well.
What we liked the most
- There is a large wardrobe in each bedroom.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each bedroom has a window to let in natural light.
- The bathroom has a shower over bath.
- This apartment is very close to some great nightclubs and bars.

- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
