Located in the lively Lavapiés neighborhood is this stylish 2-bedroom apartment. On the top floor of the building, the 38 m² has slanted ceilings with wooden beams and 1 big windows that fills the living room with light and fresh air. The living room is cozy an fully furnished with all the essentials, including a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is small but equipped, and even comes with a dishwasher.
On Calle del Tribulete, the location couldn't get any better. You are in the heart of the Lavapiés district, known for its multicultural atmosphere and delicious international cuisine. Right across the street you have Mercado de San Fernando and are a short walk to the Atocha area and the Reina Sofia Museum.
What we liked the most
- There is AC in the living room – necessary for Madrid's hot summers.
- The rooms are small, but there is a desk in the living room where you can work.
- Bedroom 2 has a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.
- Move-in ready with a flat-screen TV – what a treat!
- Just down the street, you also have a park to add a little more green into your city life.

- Bedroom 1 is interior and does not have a window.
- There is no oven, but there is a microwave and stove.
