The bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment, which is 50 m ², is available to rent on Calle de la Marquesa de Silvela in a friendly residential area in south Madrid. After stepping into the property you find the living room and kitchen area. The small, but modern, kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and the stylish living room has a couch, a glass coffee table and a useful shelving unit. Both bedrooms are bright and the apartment has lovely wooden floors throughout.
Usera is a family-friendly residential area with beautiful city parks for you to enjoy. The apartment is close to restaurants, a supermarket and the metro. Living here you can reach the city center in around 30 minutes.
What we liked the most
- We really like the stylish wooden floors in the apartment.
- Both bedrooms have a lot of storage space and there is a large built in wardrobe in the hallway.
- With the metro just a 3-minute walk away, you can easily connect with the city center and the rest of Madrid.
