This 33 m² 1-bedroom apartment, which has AC, is available to rent on Calle Infanta Mercedes. The property has a living room where you have a couch, a TV and a dining table with room for 6 people to share a meal. The kitchen is small but practical and the property receives lots of natural light from the large windows in both rooms.
The apartment is located near the Cuatro Torres Business area in the authentic residential area of Tetuán. Living here you are close to one of Madrid's longest and widest avenues, El Paseo de la Castellana, which will lead you right to the center, and the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home to Real Madrid. The streets outside the property have lots of small and friendly cafés and restaurants, a supermarket and a metro station for when you need to connect with the rest of Madrid.

- There is a lot of storage space throughout the practical apartment.
- The property is in an authentic area with lots of charming bars, cafés and restaurants just a few steps away.
