This stylish and modern 1-bedroom apartment, with A/C and an equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Calle de Goya. The property has 2 private balconies, one with a quiet view of the interior patio and one where you can look out at the street outside. There is also a fashionable living room which is beautifully furnished with a comfy couch, TV, a chair and a elegant glass dining table with room for 6 people to share a meal. The bedroom is nice and quiet as it faces the interior patio and has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
Salamanca is an upscale area in the east part of central Madrid. Here you will find lots of high-end shops and trendy restaurants and can easily get to other popular areas like Malasaña, Chueca and Lavapiés. There are many shops and restaurants close to the apartment and there is a metro station just a few minutes away.

- The property has 2 spacious balconies.
- The central air conditioning will be very appreciated in the summers.
- The property is very modern and beautifully furnished and decorated throughout.
- Salamanca is a stylish, central and very popular area with lots to see and do where you are also well-connected to the rest of Madrid.
