This modern 1-bedroom apartment, which gets lots of natural light, is available to rent on Calle Lagasca. The main area is the living room where you have a comfortable couch, TV and a stylish dinner table as well as a large, wall-sized, window which makes the room nice and bright. The kitchen is in the same room but is quite small and hidden away in a corner, it does however come equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.
The apartment is located in a fashionable and central area that is home to the IE Business School and exquisite restaurants, boutiques and cafés, many of which can be found right outside your door. Madrid Centro, many of the city's most popular and exciting areas as well as the vast and magnificent Retiro park are all within walking distance. There are also well-connected metro stations nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment gets lots of natural light from the large window.
- The living room is spacious and nicely decorated with contemporary furniture.
- The property is located in a very nice, central and well-connected area.
