This stylish 1-bedroom apartment, which boasts 63 m², is available to rent in Madrid's vibrant La Latina district. The property opens up into a open-plan living room and kitchen where you will find an elegant leather couch, flat-screen TV and a foldable dining table. The fully equipped and cosy kitchen is in the corner of the room which is stylishly decorated and has a beautiful brick wall, giving the property a great rustic atmosphere. You will find the bedroom downstairs on its own floor and it has a double bed, a comfy chair and large built-in wardrobe.
Living on Calle Sierpe you will be right in the heart of La Latina where you will find a multitude of excellent bars and restaurants where you can stop for a drink and some tapas. Every Sunday the neighbourhood is home to El Rastro, Madrid's most famous flea market, and many of the city's most famous sights are within a short walk. The streets outside have a variety of small shops, a supermarket and some cafés and when you want to connect with the rest of Madrid the metro is only 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The property has a nice rustic atmosphere thanks to the original brick wall in the living room and wooden beams in the bedroom.
- Having the bedroom on the basement level makes great use of space and means you are well hidden away from any outside noise.
- The property is elegantly decorated with cool furnishing and nice green plants.
- Living in La Latina you will be close to El Rastro flea market every Sunday.
- The area is very central. From here you can easily reach any part of Madrid.
