Brightly-decorated 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the quiet Tetuán district of Madrid. The living room has a comfortable lounge for relaxing or watching TV with the dining table near to the window for watching the world go by. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, plus there is one shared bathroom.
If you're a Real Madrid fan, you'll enjoy looking out for your favourite players, as it's just 1 km from the famous Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Cristiano Ronaldo is often seen around here so keep a good lookout for the world's best player (according to Real fans!). You'll also be about 1.2 km from the iconic Paseo de la Castellana leading into the very heart of Madrid, 5 km away. It's a lovely residential district with a great range of restaurants and shops, as well as the Arte Canal exhibition centre full of art and history exhibits.
What we liked the most
- You'll love to live like a local in Madrid.
- There is a non-zero chance of experiencing the excitement of bumping into Cristiano Ronaldo!
- This is a quiet district, but only 5 kms from the city centre.
- There's fabulous range of restaurants right outside your door.
