This gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated with colourful wall designs and patterns. It has a huge terrace, which is enclosed on all sides making it a private and tranquil space - a luxury in Madrid. Enjoy a cup of coffee or have your meals outside at the dining table and chairs on your lovely terrace. The bedroom has a large window to let in natural light and overlooks the private terrace.
This apartment is well-located, near Santiago Bernabeu and Cuatro Caminos business area. It is close to the Metro Station Alvarado. Within 5 minutes walking distance, you can do your grocery shopping at Ahorramas. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from close by, such as Naveira do Mar.
