This is a beautiful and spacious 1-bedroom apartment to rent in the city centre close to Grand Via. The space has a private bathroom, which features a walk-in shower. There is built-in storage and a kitchen area plus, great city views from the third floor windows.
This property is very central and close to Grand Via with it's bustling shops and bars. Gran Vía is a great shopping street located in central Madrid. Sometimes known as the Spanish Broadway, it is one of the streets with the most nightlife in Europe. It's also known as the street that never sleeps.

- The property is very bright and full of large windows!
- The area really can't be beat—it's bustling and perfect for young renters.
