This modern and stylish 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de Pedro Unanue. The property has a furnished living room with a couch, coffee table and a TV. The room also has an old-fashioned brick wall to add a rustic contrast to the otherwise modern property. The fully equipped kitchen has a lot of counter space and is separated from the living room by a bar and some stool where you can enjoy a meal with friends and family.
The apartment is located in a central and well-connected area and living here you will be less than a 15-minute walk from the stunning and immense Retiro Park, where thousands of people come every day to enjoy the sun and admire the architecture. The city center and other exciting neighbourhoods, such as Lavapiés and La Latina, are all within walking distance, and you will be close to some of the city's most important museums. The streets outside have lots of great shops, restaurants and bars to offer and there are plenty of excellent options for public transport when you want to connect with the rest of Madrid.
