This central 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need to call Lavapiés your home immediately. Cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and then enjoy it over the convenient bar that comes with a pair of stools. Have friends in town? No problem, the living room sofa pulls out into a double bed. Enjoy the peace and quiet of an interior patio without sacrificing the natural light. Plenty of it enters in through the living room and bedroom windows!
Calle Salitre is a charmingly narrow and quaint street. That being said, you're not far from the action. A one minute-walk up to the corner with Calle Santa Isabel brings you to a delightful cafe and restaurant. You'll also find plenty of other restaurants and bars by taking a right on Santa Isabel. Take a left, and you'll arrive at the famous and traditional San Antón market where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, and meats among other things. Catch a classic film right next door to the market at Cine Doré! All about 2 minutes away from the apartment on foot!

- This apartment is located on the top floor of the apartment so it is both bright and quiet, even though it's in a very lively neighborhood.
- The minimalist decor gives the apartment a sleek, sophisticated look.
- The under-bed storage is so clever! It gives you extra storage and gets it out of your way.
