This beautiful, cozy 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent just a few minutes from the Cuatro Caminos business district. This property can either be rented in its entirety by a couple or single person who loves their space, or as shared accommodation where each room is rented separately. This versatility is one of this apartment's strong points. The other is a fully equipped kitchen that contains every modern appliance you could need ever need. Each room is fronted by large windows that let in plenty of natural light and overlook a quiet residential street.
Cuatro Camino is a well-known business district located towards the north of Madrid's city center. It is famous for its high-rise office buildings, shopping complexes, and fine restaurants. You can begin enjoying your little corner of this neighborhood with a sizzling burger from Mr. Coco Burger or more traditional Spanish fare at Naveira do Mar. Sample the nightlife at or watch Real Madrid play live at The Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. And if you are trying to improve your culinary skills, stock up with the finest local ingredients from Aguado Martín grocery store or Fruteria Soria.

- The rent in each case will vary.
- Currently, both beds have been joined together to make a double bed in Bedroom 1.
- The living room wall has a large patch caused by humidity. This will be painted over next week.
