The bedroom is located on the upper level of this 2-storey apartment, and has an ensuite bathroom and balcony. The lower level offers an open plan kitchen and living area and a 2nd bathroom.
The apartment is located in a quiet and green residential area, close to beautiful Quinta De Los Molinos Park. You will find shops, restaurants and other amenties within walking distances, and there is a metro station nearby enabling easy travel to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The terrace is ideal to relax in the sun.
- There is a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.
- The apartment is beautifully decorated and modern.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
- The apartment is equipped with AC and heating.
- There is a shopping centre with a movie theatre a 20-minute walk away.
