This 2-bedroom apartment on Calle de Blasco de Garay, Argüelles, is very luminous and opens out onto a gorgeous private terrace with stunning views. The 50 m² property is simply yet nicely decorated and has an equipped kitchen, living area, and 1 bathroom.
The apartment has a convenient location, close to Ciudad Universitaria and surrounded by shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The area is also very well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated.
- The sunny terrace comes with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy a meal outdoors.
- Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space.
- The bathroom has a heated towel rail and washing machine.
- There are AC units and central heating for year-round comfort
- Marcos the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no television in the apartment.
- The oven you can see in the photos is not working, but there is a microwave and stove to prepare your meals.
