This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Retiro district is a modern home, perfect for an individual or couple. The apartment has wood flooring and a wall covered in windows nice city views. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a big glass window which makes the apartment appear bigger than 32 m². The bedroom is en-suite, and the living room has seating, a glass table, and a fully equipped kitchen corner.
The Retiro district is known for the gorgeous Parque del Retiro, which you have just 5 minutes away. Located on Calle del Doctor Esquerdo, you are in a very commercial area surrounded by banks, shops, and grocery stores. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, for nights you want to stay local. With a metro stop just seconds from you door, you are also well-connected by metro.

- The windows are double glazed blocking out street noise.
