Located in the residential Usera district is this 2-storey, 2-bedroom house perfect for families, young couples, or a group of friends. The house has wood flooring throughout, AC units, and a cute outdoor patio. The bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the upper floor, with the common areas and toilet on the ground. There is a rectangular layout with the dining area by the entrance then leading you to a cozy living room, and finally to the equipped kitchen.
Usera is the perfect neighborhood if you are looking for a quiet and relaxed atmoshphere. On Calle Jerusalén, you are in an ideal location just 5 minutes away from a metro station and commercial streets lined with bars, cafes, and shops. If you love being around nature, you can also take advantage of the many parks you have nearby.
What we liked the most
- The house has a lot of character with plants, colorful walls, and modern appliances.
- There are AC units throughout the property.
- The location is perfect for families with schools nearby.
- There are buses that take you to central neighborhood such as La Latina.
- If you have a car, there is parking available, and you are near the A-42 highway.
