This modern 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Ancora, in Palos de la frontera is 54 m² and comes equipped with gas heating and AC. The property is nicely decorated throughout and has 2 bathrooms, living area, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and a washer-dryer.

The apartment has an excellent central location, close to Lavapies, Reina Sofía museum, and Atocha station. Madrid Rio is also located nearby, and you can walk to Sol and Retiro Park in about 20 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped.
  • The living area has a television and comfortable sofa.
  • There is a coffee table which be extended into a dining table for 6.
  • All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with a ceiling fan.
  • Market Santa Maria de la Cabeza is located nearby, making it easy to stock up on fresh produce.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is AC in the living area, but not in the bedrooms.
