This cosy and quaintly decorated studio apartment is available for rent in La Latina, Madrid. The main room, which is a bedroom and living room, has a double bed, 2 sofas, a coffee table, and plenty of shelving. There is also a flat screen television which can be seen from the sofas, and a set of double doors which open up onto a private balcony. They let in lots of natural light and have a view of the street. The kitchen is in a separate room and has a dining table that can seat 2 people, a microwave, and a 2-burner stove. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, a toilet, and a sink.
The apartment is in a central location and has restaurants, bars, and shops everywhere you turn! The Royal Palace of Madrid is under a 15 minute walk away, and El Rastro market is on the next street - no waking up early to find those bargains! There are also several supermarkets nearby, meaning you won't have to walk for miles with your groceries!
