This 56 m² 1-bedroom loft apartment is available for rent in Atocha, Madrid. The living room is beautiful, with slanted ceilings, a sofa and footrest, and a flat-screen television. There is also a dining table and chairs for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and also comes with a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, and an electric stove. The bedroom has a double bed, a heating unit and A/C, and lots of space in the built-in wardrobes. It has skylights to let in lots of natural light.
The apartment is very close to Atocha station, which has local, long distance, and metro routes. There are lots of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants here, meaning that living here you'll never want for anything! The Reina Sofia and the Retiro Gardens are also close by.
