Located a short walk to Madrid's stunning Retiro Park is this bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment available for rent. The 4th floor property has spacious rooms covered in windows that provides a sunny and fresh atmosphere. The living room is a large open room, furnished with 2 couches, a dining table, and a television. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen with a laundry corner and an additional dining table.
The Retiro district is one of the prestigious areas of the city, with beautiful properties and a quiet and residential environment. In Plaza Doctor Laguna, you have a small park nearby, as well as several neighborhood bars and restaurants including a live music venue. Just a few minutes' away you also have the commercial Calle del Alcalde Sáinz de Baranda, where you can find great dining options and many more shops. Several bus lines stop nearby and there is a metro stop less than 10 minutes from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- Our homechecker, Kelly, loved that the apartment is covered in windows.

- We love the jacuzzi bathtub in one of the bathrooms.
