A gorgeous 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent near the metro in central Lavapiés. The property has a cozy living room, where you can relax on the sofa and watch TV. The modern kitchen has all the basics, including a microwave, a big fridge-freezer, and a washing machine. The bathroom is new and clean, with a large glass shower and plenty of storage space under the sink.
Here in Lavapiés, you'll have the best of Madrid at your fingertips. The apartment is surrounded by lots to do: trendy bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and shops dot the neighborhood. You'll also be within close walking distance of many of Madrid's major sites and landmarks, including the Puerta del Sol, La Latina, and the Plaza Mayor. And for anything you can't find around the neighborhood, there's the metro nearby to take you wherever you need to go!
