This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Calle Capiscol in Fuencarral - El Pardo is located in a building with a swimming pool and gym. The apartment has a spacious living room with some shelving, which opens onto the small but well-equipped kitchen.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, as well as a department store and a few restaurants within a half-hour walk. The Fuente Del Parque De Los Enamorados is also within a 20-minute walk, while the PVO Santa Ana soccer field is a little further.
What we liked the most
- There is a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, so there is plenty of storage space for your belongings.
- The large living area is a great place to relax, or entertain.
- There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a gym, swimming pool, paddle court and reception in this apartment complex.

- Although there is no parking, public transport is available nearby.
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
