This 55 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Atocha district is perfect if you are looking for sun-filled home in a peaceful area. The main feature is the apartment's open-concept kitchen and living room that opens up onto 3 small balconies, filling the space with natural light. There is cozy living room corner stylishly furnished and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is also quite spacious and has a large wardrobe.
On Calle de Méndez Álvaro, this apartment is in a well-connected area of the Atocha district surrounded by charming tree-lined streets, grocery stores, shops, and more. A more residential part of the city you will experience a less chaotic Madrid but will can jump on the metro to reach the city center in about 20 minutes.
What we liked the most

- There are 3 living room balconies that keep it sunny and fresh.
- You are a nice 20-minute stroll to the beautiful Retiro Park.
- Car owners will be appreciate all the blue and green parking zones in the area.
