This spacious 2-bedroom apartment on Calle de Emilio Rubin, in Hortaleza, is located in a recently renovated building with a shared swimming pool and parking. The exterior apartment opens out onto a gorgeous private terrace and has a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a TV. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.
The apartment is located in a well-connected and upscale residential area, within walking distance of a gym, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, and all the essential amenities. The lovely Parque Pinar Del Rey is located nearby, and you can drive to the M30 motorway in just 5 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- There is AC and gas heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The living area is stylishly furnished including a comfortable sofa, television, and dining table.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with brand new furnishings.
- There are several restaurants to explore nearby.
- Marcos the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
