There is also a washing machine on the property. The living room has wooden floors, beautiful wooden ceilings and matching furniture, and 2 comfortable sofas. There are large windows which let in lots of natural light, and a staircase which leads up to the bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, desk, and TV, as well as a wardrobe and storage space. You will also have access to a pool, and a storage room in the basement if needed.
This is a residential area, meaning there's peace and quiet here. There are a couple of restaurants and specialist shops in the area, and public transport to take you into the centre of Madrid. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy are both around a 7-minute walk away.
