This chic 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a 40 m² footprint on Calle Vallehermoso in Rios Rosas. The kitchen comes with a microwave and full-sized refrigerator, while the upstairs bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, and windows above the bed.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk of this apartment, as well as a couple of other restaurants and stores. The Mercado de San Ildefonso is around a half-hour walk away, as is the Lázaro Galdiano Museum.
What we liked the most
- There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the bedroom, so there is plenty of storage space for your belongings.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom and bathroom are only accessible through a narrow staircase.
- Although there is no oven, there is a microwave in the kitchen.
- The landlord will activate the Wi-Fi connection by the time you move in.
