The property has a spacious living room, where you will find a small sofa, a trendy, transparent dining table and chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a 2-burner electric stove and a microwave. The bathroom is also contemporary, and it has a large shower with spa jets and plenty of storage space under the sink.
In Prosperidad, you'll enjoy an authentic but central life in Madrid. The property is just a 5-minute walk from the Intercambiador de Avenida de América, where you can catch the Metro or an interurban bus to points across Spain.
