A sunny 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent near the Metro in Prosperidad. The property has a charming living room, where you can relax on the comfy sofa, or have dinner at the small dining table. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you might need, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, and a washing machine. The bedroom is cozy, with a large double bed and lots of natural light from the window. The bathroom has lovely tiling, as well as a large bathtub for you to enjoy.
Prosperidad is a central and well-connected neighborhood just to the north of the Madrid city center. Here, you'll be just a 15-minute walk from the IE Business School, as well as from the Nuevos Ministerios Metro and Cercanías station. But there's plenty to do around the neighborhood too-- you'll find lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, and shops to try around the apartment!
