This chic 42 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle de Vinaroz on Chamartín. The combined kitchen and living room is fully-equipped with a sofa, TV and oven as well as a rangehood and plenty of bench space. The bedroom has a double bed. This apartment is fully renovated and the building has a doorman.
Supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies are 2 minutes away walking from the apartment. Berlin Park is just over a 5-minute walk away, where you will find the Restos del Muro de Berlin. There is also a supermarket and a few restaurants within a 15-minute walk as well.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern with a shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a large standalone wardrobe in the bedroom, so you have plenty of space for your belongings.

- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
