Available for rent in Salamanca, Madrid is this 32 m², 1-bedroom apartment. There is a bright and well-lit living room with a sofa, a flat-screen television, and a dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is also located here, and comes fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, and also with a small electric stove. Through a door is the bedroom, which has a double bed, a nightstand, and a built.-in wardrobe. The bathroom is en-suite and has a toilet, sink, shower, and a washing machine for your clothes.
Living here there are shops everywhere you turn and selling everything you could imagine, from jewellery to shoes to vintage clothing. There is also a dry cleaner opposite the apartment, so you don't need to worry about those hard-to-wash clothes!
What we liked the most
- The apartment has A/C and heating - great for the hot Madrid summers and the chilly winters!
- There is a washing machine, so you won't need to find a launderette.
- The apartment receives lots of natural light, making it bright and airy.
- You'll be surrounded by every type of shop you can imagine!

- Although there is a stove, there is no microwave or oven in the apartment.
