This spacious 2-bedroom apartment on Calle de Benito Gutiérrez, in Argüelles, has a luminous living area that opens out onto a large private terrace. The kitchen in this 75 m² apartment is fully equipped, and there is also a nicely tiled bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The apartment is located within walking distance of Plaza de España, Parque del Oeste, and surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. Argüelles Metro is 1 minute away, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city.

- The apartment has been recently renovated.
- The living area is stylishly furnished including a sofa bed, dining table, and television.
- There is AC and central heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The sunny terrace offers lovely panoramic views.
