This modern 85 m² apartment in Calle de Antonio López (Usera) features 3 spacious bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The apartment comprises a large living room with a fully-fitted and equipped open kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and 3 comfortable double rooms.
Located near the great new riverside park Madrid Rio and trendy El Matadero (3-minute walk), it is a popular spot among madrileños who like to roller-blade, run, and cycle or simply take a walk. The neighborhood is safe and right around the building you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and one of the largest shopping malls in the city (Plaza Río 2) making it close to everything you need, including public transportation.
What we liked the most
- Atocha is 30 minutes away from the apartment and Madrid Rio and Matadero 5 minutes walking distance!
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- All of the bedrooms have a wardrobe, so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- While Bedroom 1 and 2 have beds, Bedroom 3 only has a sofa bed, but the landlord can provide a bed if required.
