This 80 m², 3-bedroom apartment for rent in the Tetuán district is a great home for a family or group of friends. On the 3rd floor, the apartment has big windows that keep the rooms filled with natural light. There are 2 double rooms and 1 single, all with plenty of storage space and wood flooring. There are also 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large but cozy living/dining room.
On Calle Jaén, the apartment is located in the Cuatro Caminos area, just 15 minutes from Madrid City Center. This neighborhood is perfect if you are looking for a central home a bit further away from the touristy areas. The apartment is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and you have a metro stop practically outside your door. Be sure to head towards Paseo de la Castellana, where you can find even more great food and dining options, as well as Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabéu stadium.
