This stylish 4-bedroom apartment on Calle de Embajadores, in Lavapiés, is recently renovated and comes equipped with air conditioning. The 95 m² property has an open plan kitchen and living area and 1 spacious and beautifully tiled bathroom.
The apartment enjoys an excellent location, right in the border of the vibrant neighbourhoods of Lavapiés and La Latina. El Rastro market takes place in the area every week, and you can walk to Puerta del Sol in 10 minutes.

- The apartment enjoys an excellent location, with the best Madrid has to offer on your doorstep.
- You will find numerous tapas bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
- The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, television, and dining table.
- The kitchen is modern, and comes with all the essentials to cook.
- There is air conditioning to keep you comfortable over the hot summer months.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 1 and 3 do not have a window.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
