This central 55 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle Grafal in La Latina. The bedroom has a double bed, while the large living room is a great space to relax outside of your room, and opens on to a balcony.
The San Miguel Market is within a 5-minute walk, as is Plaza Mayor. San Francisco el Grande Basilica and the nearby Parque de la Cornisa are also within walking distance, so there is plenty to explore on your days off.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet, bidet and sink with shelving and a large mirror.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is an interior patio which is a great space to relax.
- There is a wardrobe in the bedroom so there is plenty of space to store your belongings.

- There is no washing machine or dryer, so you will have to find a launderette.
