This is a gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment for rent in Posperidad, Madrid. It is freshly renovated and ready to be lived in!
The apartment opens into a massive living room, with a lot of natural light. There is also a huge private terrace beyond the living room, perfect for enjoying the warm Madrid evenings! The terrace has sofas, coffee table and excellent views of Madrid.
You will find storage in every room, so you won't need to clutter the space.
The kitchen has amazing windows and access to the terrace, so there is even more natural light. The kitchen has a dishwasher, stove and oven, a dining table and brand new utensils. There is also a shared bathroom with a huge shower cubicle, toilet and sink.
Both bedrooms have double beds and storage, plus across-the-wall windows for - you guessed it - natural light. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
The apartment is close to 4 metro stations within a 10-minute walking distance.
This is, in short, a beautiful property from top to bottom - and we think you'd be lucky to rent it.
What we liked the most
- This is one of our favourite ever Spotahome properties!
- The apartment has natural light in pretty much every room. It is beautiful throughout the day and will save on electricity bills!
- We love the private terrace.
- Both the bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage.
- Prosperidad is just far away enough from the city centre for you to enjoy quiet evenings.
- You have a few metro stops in close proximity.
Things to keep in mind
- Erm... only that everyone else will want this apartment, so you'd better move fast!
