- The apartment has been nicely renovated while maintaining its historical charm.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- The spacious living area is a comfortable space to relax at the end of the day.
- There is an air conditioning unit which can also be used as a heater.
- There are numerous parks nearby, including Parque del Oeste.
- Puerta del Sol is an 8-minute walk away.
