In the heart of Madrid's La Latina neighborhood is this 2-bedroom apartment available to rent. The 75 m² property is on the 1st floor with living room balconies that look out onto the street. There is polished wood flooring throughout and modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and AC units. The living room has 2 sofas and a dining table and the kitchen comes fully equipped.
La Latina is a central district known for its delicious and traditional tapas bars, as well as its Sunday flea market – El Rastro. On Calle de la Ribera de Curtidores, you are seconds away from the location of the market, which means you can always be one of the first to find a great deal. There is a Metro stop and several buses nearby, as well as the Universidad Carlos III Madrid Campus.

- You are very central and have street views from the balcony.
