The 50 m² property is the landlady's personal home so it comes fully equipped and with colorful and stylish decor. The living room has a couch, dining table, and a huge shelving unit, making it a cozy area to relax or spend time with friends. You access the compact kitchen through a stained glass door, which has a stove, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
Acacias is the perfect neighborhood if you don't mind a small commute and also love being around nature. You are well-connected by bus, Metro, and the Cercanías trains, which will take you to city center in about 20 minutes. But right outside your door, you have everything you need including a pharmacy, coffee shop, and even a gym. If you prefer exercising outdoor, you are conveniently a short walk to the banks of the Madrid Rio.

- The apartment is interior but still receives plenty of natural light.
- There is a huge wardrobe in the bedroom.
- There are 2 AC units – necessary for Madrid summers.
- You are a 5-mintue walk to Madrid Rio Park.
