The kitchen and living are open-plan with wood flooring and designed floor tiling. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, and a washing machine. There is a dining table for 4, a stylish sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV.
The Urgel area of the Carabanchel district is about 20 minutes southwest of Madrid City Center. On Calle de Blasa Péres, you are well-connected by the line 5 Metro, which is just a few minutes away. If you are looking for a calmer, residential district, this is the area for you. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by, and you are about a 5-minute walk to the Parque de San Isidro.
